How will i be refunded if i received wrong / faulty/damaged items
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived faulty or damaged, and we found out the reason might be due to inappropriate packaging or delivering method, you may request for a refund.
You may also request for a refund if your order did not arrive within 7 working days from the scheduled delivery date.
We will need some photos of the product(s) you received, the photos should be able to show
The condition of the parcel when it arrives
The product(s) being seen inside the parcel
The product(s) in its original delivery packaging (bubble wrapped/cling wrapped)
Close up of the product(s)’ problem
Feel free to contact our customer support team to let us know which order and which item(s) got wrong and we will sort it out for you.
How will I be refunded if there is an out of stock item?
We do not charge you for any out of stock item.
You can expect to see the amount credited into your account depending on your payment method:
Credit Cards / Debit Cards: up to 2 billing statement cycles
E-wallet: Up to 2 weeks
Refund periods may vary depending on your card's issuing bank. Please contact your respective banks to get more precise estimates on the refund period or check your transaction statement for a credited amount that might already have been refunded to you.
We want you to be satisfied, so do let us know if you are not happywith our instructor services within 14 days and provide us with relevant information/screenshots.

Payments are sent to instructors after 14 days, so we will not process refund requests received after the refund window.
