How do i track my order

Upon payment is made, we will send you a receipt and details of your order including the delivery information

Note: Always check your orders (fresh produce and fresh meat/seafood) immediately and report issues within the first 1 hour of receiving the order.

Why is my order delayed?

Delayed delivery could be caused by a number of hindrances such as operational issues, road issues, or bad weather. We will endeavour to notify you if there's any delays.

In what situation I can ask for a refund?

If your order arrived faulty or damaged, and we found out the reason might be due to inappropriate packaging or delivering method, you may request for a refund. 

You may also request for a refund if your order did not arrive within 10 working days from the scheduled delivery date.

We will need some photos of the product(s) you received, the photos should be able to show​

  • The condition of the parcel when it arrives

  • The product(s) being seen inside the parcel

  • The product(s) in its original delivery packaging (bubble wrapped/cling wrapped)

  • Close up of the product(s)’ problem
